This is the Southland's premier food and drink battle. The Chicago area's most cutting-edge craft breweries join forces with partnering restaurants and parent cooks to create the best pint and pork pairings.
Attendees act as judges as they enjoy sampling food and drink, which are included in the ticket price. At the end, attendees cast votes for best dish, best brew and best pairing.
Spend the evening with friends, family, neighbors and members of the St. Joseph community listening to live music, enjoying delicious pork and craft beer on a beautiful fall night.
